Medical Centre

The PERSALUD medical center was founded in 1996 in the Catalan town of Roses (Girona / Spain). The PERSALUD center moved to entirely new premises at 23-25 Gran Via Pau Casals, in the centre of the town.

This medical center is run by the Professor Albert Grañena and Dr. Ludwig Ess both of whom are specialists in their different fields.

The activity in PERSALUD is divided into two sectors:
     - one of which is emergency and general medicine
     - the other is specialized medicine

The surgery is equipped with the latest technology such as an ultrasound scanner and a mobile reanimation machine. This enebles the doctors to perform radiology and analyse data themselves in their laboratory. Thus they have the possibility to diagnose and treate correctly many illnesses, saving invaluable time.

It’s recommended to take an appointment for the following : heart problems, arterial hypertension, cardiological, pneumological, allergies, hematological and oncological ones, treatment for cancer.

The medical center PERSALUD works in cooperation with well know private clinics in Barcelona.
